1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Baggho platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between Baggho and the user.

Baggho reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. Baggho operates as a fully licensed online gaming platform, and all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

2 Account Register

To create an account on Baggho, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being permanently closed.

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether by the same person, the same household, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all associated accounts being closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Baggho's services. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to open an account or play on this platform.

The following individuals are not permitted to use Baggho's services:

• Users whose previous accounts were closed due to rule violations

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from Baggho. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, you must also withdraw via bKash.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours
• Large withdrawals (BDT 50,000+) may take up to 3 business days to process
• Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met
• Unusual withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification requirements

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules:

• Before claiming a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement (typically 20x–40x)
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance — wagering must be completed first
• Every bonus has an expiry date — unused bonuses will be forfeited once the period ends
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• Baggho reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Baggho are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and impartial. Neither users nor Baggho staff have any influence over game results.

• If your connection drops during a game, the system will automatically determine the game result
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the definitive record
• If a software error causes an abnormal payout in any game, Baggho reserves the right to void that win

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baggho platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance:

• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to manipulate game outcomes

• Engaging in fraud or threatening behavior toward other users
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Baggho's systems

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Baggho reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Terms & Conditions Violation
• Registration with False Information
• Failure to Verify Identity
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the User's Own Request

Users may also request account closure at any time. Prior to closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation).
